The Kelly O'Bryan's Franchise Package

The Kelly O'Bryan's Franchisee will be provided with the following:

• Access to the Kelly O'Bryan's Trade Name, Logo Design & Trade Marks.
• Access to Kelly O'Bryan's methods, recipes and operating systems.
• Specific Operating Systems controls developed by K.O.'B. Management (1996) Ltd.
• A complete training program for the Franchisee / Operator.
• Detailed Operations Manuals.
• Site selection assistance & consultation on leasing.
• Supervision of restaurant development including decor, equipment, signage and staff training and development.
• Food and liquor inventory plan and control.
• Detailed Cost Control systems.
• Sourcing of Kelly O'Bryan's private label products. Volume buying arrangements through approved suppliers for all products.
• Pre and post opening start-up assistance.
• Field visits, ongoing counselling, and staff training and development seminars.
• Co-ordinated advertising and sales promotion programs.
• System advertising programs.
• Availability of special sales promotional items.
