Kelly O Briens has the BEST appies EVER!!! Me and my best bud would go for late night 2/$10 appies (and drinks of course) every single time we were in Prince George. We always ordered one of just about everything, and I must mention that the drink menu is awesome 
) Oh, and thanks for the FREE birthday dinner! Many of my friends have their birthday here, just for that! lol
